Copenhagen Business School Press is a specialized academic publisher of books on management, economics, and organisation. We are affiliated with Copenhagen Business School (CBS), one of the largest and most dynamic business schools in Europe. CBS provides the Press with academic resources of the highest level, including a diverse cadre of experts who assist in our rigorous peer review process.
The Press was originally formed just a few years following the establishment of CBS in 1917. In 1967, the Press was conceived in its current form as an independent, non-profit foundation. In 2008, the Press became an imprint of the Danish publishing house Samfundslitteratur, though it maintains its close relationship to Copenhagen Business School.
We focus on publication, promotion, and distribution of English language titles for the Scandinavian and global markets. Our titles are distributed worldwide through highly specialized distributors. The Press publishes around 20 new titles annually. Some of these titles are published in cooperation with our regional partners, Liber AB in Sweden and Universitetsforlaget in Norway.
