Europe: 4 - 8 working days. Rest of the World: 9 - 21 working days
Depending on your geographical location the shipping charges are calculated as follows:
Europe: 1 book EUR 12. For every book thereafter add EUR 4. Example: 3 books to France cost. EUR 12 + 4 + 4 = 20 EUR
Rest of the World: 1 book EUR 15. For every book thereafter add EUR 9. Example: 3 books to the USA cost EUR 15 + 9 + 9 = 33 EUR
